Password Reset

Summary: Account passwords can be changed or reset by utilizing the user settings or the email password reset link. Passwords can only be managed directly by the user, and not by an account or organization admin.

Self-Initiated Password Reset

  1. Activate the user menu
  2. Select Settings
  3. Enter your current account password
  4. Enter a new secure password
  5. Confirm your new secure password
  6. Activate the Save button

Forgotten Password Reset

  1. Select Forgot Password from the Pope Tech login page
  2. Enter your account email address
  3. Activate the Submit button. A password reset email will be sent to your email address
  4. Select the Reset Password link that can be found in the password reset email you just received
  5. On the Reset Password form, enter in a new secure password
  6. Confirm your new secure password
  7. Activate the Save button
